Setup
- Battery Installation: Ensure two AAA batteries are correctly installed in the battery compartment. The gauge will activate upon air detection or button press.
- Connect to Air Compressor: Attach the quick connector to your air compressor's output. This gauge is compatible with both ¼” and ½” NPT air compressor outputs. For a secure, airtight seal, apply the included Teflon tape to threaded connections if necessary.
- Attach Hose: Connect the extended hose with the 360° swivel air chuck to the main gauge unit. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent air leaks.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Unit Selection
- The gauge automatically powers on when air pressure is detected or when any button is pressed.
- Press the "UNIT" button to cycle through available pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, and KG-CM2.
- The gauge features a battery-saving function and will automatically shut off after 60 seconds of inactivity.
Measuring Tire Pressure
- Ensure the gauge is connected to an air compressor (if inflating) or used independently for measurement.
- Firmly attach the swivel air chuck to the tire valve stem. The 360° swivel design allows for easy connection from any angle.
- The current tire pressure will be displayed on the large backlit LCD screen. The gauge provides readings with a 0.1 PSI resolution.
Inflating Tires
- With the air chuck securely attached to the tire valve and the gauge connected to an air compressor, press and hold the trigger on the gauge handle.
- Monitor the digital display for the desired pressure. Release the trigger once the target pressure is reached.
Deflating Tires
- If the tire pressure is too high, press the built-in air bleeder valve located on the gauge.
- Hold the bleeder valve until the desired pressure is displayed.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the gauge with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the gauge in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Battery Replacement: Replace AAA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display to ensure accurate readings.
- Connection Integrity: Periodically check all connections (hose to gauge, quick connector to compressor) for tightness and wear. Reapply Teflon tape if leaks are detected.
- Material Durability: The gauge features brass elements and a soft rubber case for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inaccurate Readings | Loose connections; low batteries; gauge not properly seated on valve stem. | Ensure all connections are tight. Replace batteries. Firmly press air chuck onto valve stem. |
| Gauge Does Not Power On | Dead or incorrectly installed batteries. | Check battery orientation. Replace with fresh AAA batteries. |
| Air Leaks During Inflation/Measurement | Loose connections; worn O-rings; improper valve stem seal. | Tighten all threaded connections. Apply Teflon tape to threads. Ensure air chuck is fully engaged on valve stem. Inspect O-rings for damage. |
| Difficulty Attaching Air Chuck | Valve stem obstruction; chuck not aligned. | Clear any debris from valve stem. Ensure chuck is aligned straight before pressing on. The 360° swivel allows for flexible positioning. |
