- Always ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the lid is securely locked before operation.
- Do not insert fingers or other objects into the feed chute while the juicer is operating. Always use the provided food pusher.
- Unplug the juicer from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not operate the juicer if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Avoid juicing extremely hard items such as frozen fruits, ice, or large seeds, as this may damage the appliance.
- The juicer is equipped with an automatic safety sensor; it will stop if the feed chute lid is opened during operation.
- All parts that come into contact with food are BPA-free, ensuring a safe and wholesome juicing experience.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before first use.
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
- Align the juicing bowl onto the motor base and rotate until it locks securely into place.
- Insert the auger (screw propeller) into the juicing bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.

- Attach the feed chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, ensuring it clicks into place. The lid must be open to install or take apart.

- Place the juice container under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120 Volts).

- Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Thanks to the 5.4-inch extra-large feed chute, you can add whole-sized apples and other large produce without extensive chopping, saving preparation time.

- Start Juicing: Turn the control dial to the "ON" position. The juicer operates with slow-speed cold press technology (43 RPM) to preserve nutrients and flavor.

- Feed Ingredients: Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to guide them down. Do not force ingredients.

- Automatic Safety: The machine will stop working if the lid of the feed chute is left open, enhancing safety, especially around children.

- Anti-Jam Reverse Function: If a blockage occurs, turn the dial to the "REV" (Reverse) position to clear the obstruction. This ensures uninterrupted juicing.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer.
Cleaning:
The Amumu masticating juicer features a simple one-piece design that is easy to clean in just 5 minutes.
- Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
- Disassemble the parts (feed chute assembly, auger, juicing bowl, containers). Remember the lid must be open to disassemble.
- Rinse all removable parts under running water. Use the included specialized brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter and other components.

- Most removable parts are dishwasher safe for added convenience.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.
Storage:
Store the assembled juicer in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
