1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the SKYEAR 4.3" Digital Microscope. This device is designed to provide high-quality magnified views of various objects, suitable for coin and jewelry inspection, circuit board analysis, educational exploration, and more. Featuring a 4.3-inch LCD screen, adjustable LED illumination, and PC compatibility, it offers a versatile and user-friendly experience for exploring the microscopic world.

2. What's Included

Please verify that all components are present in your package:

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the lift rod to the base by screwing it securely.
  2. Slide the bracket onto the lift rod and tighten the knob to secure it at the desired height.
  3. Mount the digital microscope host onto the bracket, ensuring it is firmly in place.

3.2 Powering On

The microscope is powered by a built-in Lithium Polymer battery. For initial use or when the battery is low, connect the USB data cable to the microscope's DC 5V port and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).

Press and hold the power button on the front panel to turn on the device. The screen will display a 'Welcome' message.

3.3 Inserting a TF Card (Optional)

To save photos and videos, insert a TF (MicroSD) card into the designated slot on the side of the microscope. The device supports up to 32GB TF cards.

It is recommended to format the TF card before first use. Navigate to the 'Setting' menu, select 'Format', and confirm. This will erase all data on the card.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Placing and Focusing Objects

Place the object you wish to observe directly under the microscope lens on the base. Use the focus wheel on the microscope body to adjust the clarity of the image on the LCD screen. For larger objects or different working distances, adjust the height of the microscope head on the lift rod using the side knob.

4.2 Magnification Adjustment

The microscope offers a magnification range of 50X to 1000X. The actual magnification displayed depends on factors such as screen size, distance to the object, and observation conditions. Use the zoom buttons on the front panel (left/right arrows) to digitally adjust the magnification level on the screen.

4.3 LED Illumination

The microscope is equipped with 8 adjustable LED fill lights around the lens. Use the dimmer switch on the side of the microscope head to steplessly adjust the brightness of the LEDs, ensuring optimal lighting for your observations.

4.4 Capturing Photos and Videos

The microscope can capture 1080P photos and videos. To take a photo, press the 'OK' button. To record a video, press the 'Menu' button (three horizontal lines) to switch to video mode, then press 'OK' to start/stop recording. Ensure a TF card is inserted to save your captures.

4.5 PC/MacOS Compatibility

Connect the microscope to your Windows or MacOS computer using the USB data cable for a larger observation view and easy data transfer. No additional software is required. For Windows 10, use the pre-installed 'Windows Camera' app. For MacOS, use 'Photo Booth' or 'Quick Time Player'.

4.6 Convertible Design

The microscope can be easily transformed from a desktop unit to a portable handheld device by detaching the main unit from the stand. This allows for flexible observation in various environments, including outdoor use.
