4. Setup

  • The machine is compatible with various tape types including Scotch tape, double-sided tape (non-3M), fiber tape, mylar tape, glass cloth tape, aluminum foil tape, masking tape, and Kraft paper tape.
  • Important: 3M double-sided tape is not suitable for this machine as it may cause tape jamming.
  • The machine accommodates tape widths from 6mm to 60mm.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

To power on the machine, plug it into an electrical outlet. The LED display will light up. To power off, unplug the machine.

5.2 Selecting Operating Mode

The machine offers two cutting modes: Automatic Mode and Manual Mode. Press the SELECT button to switch between modes.

  • Automatic Mode: In this mode, the LED light flashes. After pressing START, the machine will cut a piece of tape. Once the cut tape is removed, it will automatically cut a new piece.
  • Manual Mode: In this mode, the LED light is off. To cut a new piece of tape, you must press the START button each time after removing the previously cut tape.

5.3 Setting Cutting Length and Quantity

  1. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the desired cutting length (5-999mm). The current setting will be displayed on the LED screen.
  2. The machine can also be set to cut a specific number of pieces. Refer to the full manual for advanced settings regarding quantity.
  3. The machine supports tape widths from 6mm to 60mm.

5.4 Starting and Stopping Cutting

  • Press the START button to begin the cutting process according to the selected mode and settings.
  • To pause or stop cutting, press the START button again.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the machine before cleaning.
