Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure your toilet bowl is oval-shaped and compatible with the dimensions provided. This seat is not suitable for D-shaped or square toilets.

Step-by-Step Top-Fix Installation:
- Prepare the Mounting Holes: Insert the appropriate rubber inserts (A or B, depending on your toilet's hole size) into the mounting holes on your toilet bowl.
- Attach the Hinges: Place the hinge bases over the inserts. Insert the screws through the hinge bases and into the rubber inserts. Tighten the screws using a screwdriver until the hinge bases are secure.
- Position the Seat: Align the toilet seat's hinge posts with the holes on the hinge bases. Gently press down until the seat clicks into place.
- Secure the Covers: Place the decorative covers over the hinge bases to conceal the screws.

Operating Instructions
Soft-Close Function:
The toilet seat is equipped with a soft-close mechanism. To close the seat or lid, simply push it gently downwards. The seat will then lower slowly and silently on its own, preventing any sudden drops or noise.

Quick-Release for Cleaning:
To remove the toilet seat for cleaning, locate the quick-release button at the back of the seat, between the hinges. Press this button firmly, and the seat will detach from the hinge bases, allowing for easy removal.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will help maintain the hygiene and appearance of your toilet seat. The quick-release feature makes this process simple and efficient.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Press the quick-release button to detach the toilet seat from the toilet bowl.
- Clean the seat and lid with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface.
- Clean the toilet bowl area, including the hinge bases, thoroughly.
- Rinse the seat and lid with clean water and dry completely with a soft cloth.
- Reattach the seat by aligning it with the hinge posts and pressing down until it clicks securely into place.

Non-Slip Buffers:
The seat includes four non-slip buffers on the underside to prevent movement. Periodically check these buffers for wear and tear to ensure continued stability.

Troubleshooting
- Seat is loose: Ensure the top-fix screws are tightened securely. If the rubber inserts are worn, they may need replacement.
- Soft-close not working properly: Check for any obstructions in the hinge mechanism. Ensure the seat is correctly aligned and fully engaged with the hinge bases.
- Difficulty removing seat: Ensure the quick-release button is fully depressed. Check for any debris or buildup around the hinge area.
