Important Safety Information

Initial Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its base.
2. Clean: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line and boil it. Discard this water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. Placement: Place the kettle base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is away from the edge of the counter and out of reach of children.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

• Real Time LCD Display: Shows current water temperature and set temperature.
• Hold/Mute Button: Press to activate/deactivate the 12-hour keep warm function. Press and hold for 3 seconds to mute/unmute button sounds.
• Temp Preset Button: Cycles through pre-set temperatures for common beverages.
• Power ON/OFF/Temp Setting Knob: Press to turn on/off. Rotate to adjust desired temperature.

Basic Operation

1. Fill the Kettle: Remove the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark (1.0 Liter capacity). Replace the lid securely.
2. Place on Base: Place the kettle firmly onto the smart base.
3. Power On: Press the Power ON/OFF/Temp Setting Knob to turn on the kettle. The display will illuminate.
4. Set Temperature:
   • Custom Temperature: Rotate the Power ON/OFF/Temp Setting Knob to select your desired temperature between 104°F (40°C) and 212°F (100°C) with 1°F precision.
   • Preset Temperatures: Press the "Temp Preset" button to cycle through the four pre-set temperatures:
     • 175°F (Green Tea)
     • 190°F (Light Roast Coffee)
     • 194°F (Deep Roast Coffee)
     • 212°F (Black Tea / Boiling)

5. Start Heating: Once the desired temperature is set, the kettle will automatically begin heating. The display will show the real-time water temperature.
6. Automatic Shut-Off: The kettle will automatically shut off once the target temperature is reached.

Keep Warm Function (12-Hour Hold)

To activate the keep warm function, press the "Hold/Mute" button after setting your desired temperature or after the kettle has reached its target temperature. The kettle will maintain the set temperature for up to 12 hours. To deactivate, press the "Hold/Mute" button again or lift the kettle from the base.

Precise Pouring

The kettle features a 4.5mm gooseneck spout designed for precise and controlled pouring, ideal for pour-over coffee and delicate teas. Pour slowly and steadily for optimal results.

Cleaning and Maintenance
