4. Operating Instructions
The FNIRSI-FNB58 offers a range of measurement and detection capabilities. Below are common operating procedures:
4.1. Basic Voltage, Current, and Power Measurement
To measure the voltage, current, and power of a connected device:
- Connect the power source (e.g., charger) to the input port (USB-A IN, Type-C IN, or MicroUSB IN) of the FNB58.
- Connect the device to be charged (e.g., smartphone, power bank) to the output port (USB-A OUT or Type-C OUT) of the FNB58.
- The large HD display will immediately show real-time values for voltage (VBUS), current (IBUS), and power (PBUS).
4.2. Fast Charging Protocol Detection
The tester automatically detects various fast charging protocols, including Huawei FCP/SCP, Apple PD, Samsung AFC, Xiaomi, OPPO, and more. This feature helps verify charger compatibility and performance.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your FNIRSI-FNB58, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Low battery or power switch is off. | Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Connect the device to a power source using the Type-C charger cable to charge the battery. |
| Inaccurate voltage/current readings. | Poor connection, faulty cable, or device overload. | Check all cable connections for tightness. Try a different USB cable. Ensure the connected load does not exceed the device's maximum ratings (e.g., 7A, 140W). |
| Fast charging protocol not detected. | Charger or device does not support standard protocols, or connection issue. | Verify that both the charger and the device being charged support common fast charging protocols. Ensure a stable connection. Some proprietary protocols may not be universally supported. |
| Display is frozen or unresponsive. | Software glitch or temporary error. | Turn off the device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. If the issue persists, ensure the device firmware is up to date (check manufacturer's website). |
