1. Unpacking and Placement

2. Power Connection

1. Locate the DC-12V 4A power adapter.
2. Connect the power adapter to the designated power input port on the cash register.
3. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Press the power button, usually located on the side or rear of the unit, to turn on the device.

Operating Instructions

1. Dual Screen Functionality

The ERICAT Electronic Cash Register features a 10.1-inch main display for operator use and a 10.1-inch 8-digital tube customer display. The main display is a true flat touch screen with a fast 5-millisecond response time, designed for anti-scratch durability. The customer display can show transaction details or be utilized for advertising new products and discount information.

2. Basic Operations

The main touch screen interface typically presents options such as "Help," "Program," "Report," and "Sale."

3. Thermal Printer Usage

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Screens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with a non-abrasive screen cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen.
• Shell: Wipe the ABS shell with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the powder coating.

2. Thermal Paper Replacement

1. Open the printer cover.
2. Remove the empty paper roll core.
3. Insert a new 58mm thermal paper roll, ensuring the paper feeds correctly from the bottom.
4. Close the printer cover securely.
