3. Setup
3.1 Initial Pairing and Power On
The MeetSummer X1 units are designed for automatic pairing. Simply remove the transmitters and receiver from the charging case, and they will power on and attempt to pair automatically. Ensure all units are charged before first use.
3.2 Connecting to a Smartphone
To connect the receiver to your smartphone, select the appropriate adapter (USB-C for Android/newer iPhones or Lightning for older iPhones). Attach the adapter to the receiver's expansion port, then plug the receiver directly into your phone's charging port. Open your phone's recording application to begin audio capture.

3.3 Connecting to a Camera
For camera use, attach the receiver to your camera's hot shoe mount using its integrated clip. Connect the 3.5mm TRS to TRS camera audio cable from the receiver's output port to your camera's microphone input port. Ensure your camera's audio settings are configured to receive external audio.

4.1 Transmitter Operation
Clip the transmitter to your clothing, ideally near your chest for optimal voice capture. The transmitter features buttons for power/mute and noise cancellation. Indicator lights on the transmitter show power status, linking status, and noise cancellation activation.

The receiver features a 1.15-inch OLED touchscreen for intuitive control over various settings:
- Recording Modes: Switch between Mono, Stereo, and Safety Channel recording modes. Safety Channel records a backup track at -6dB to prevent clipping.
- Noise Cancellation: Adjust noise reduction levels (14 built-in levels) or select from three Smart Scene modes (Indoor, Outdoor, Noisy) with preset noise reduction and gain settings.
- Gain Adjustment: Fine-tune the microphone gain for each transmitter directly from the receiver's screen.
- Monitoring: Monitor audio directly through the receiver's headphone output.

- Poor Audio Quality/Interference:
