1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the YOLEO Gravity Heavy Duty Inversion Table. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective assembly, operation, and maintenance of your inversion table. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

The YOLEO Inversion Table is designed to provide back pain relief therapy through inversion exercise, helping to rejuvenate discs, relieve pressure on nerves, realign the spine, and release muscle tension naturally.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Consult with a licensed physician before using this inversion table. Some medical conditions may not be suitable for use with this product.

  • Ensure the heavy-duty integrated steel frame is stable and durable before each use.
  • Always verify the adjustable ratchet ankle locking system and safety lock pin system are securely engaged when inverting.
  • The rear tube is tightly locked to prevent tipping over and falling.
  • The adjustable safety belt should be properly secured to accommodate users between 4ft-1in and 6ft-2in in height.
  • Do not rely on shoulder support for inversion; the design focuses on secure ankle and leg support.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your YOLEO Gravity Heavy Duty Inversion Table. Refer to the video for visual guidance.

  1. Attach Front Support Tube: Lay the Left Base Frame (A) and the Right Base Frame (B) on the floor. Attach the Front Support Tube (C) to the Front Base Frame (A&B) using 4 Bolts (13), 4 Washers (14), and 4 Lock Nuts (15). NOTE: Do not fully tighten all Bolts (13) until Rear Support Tube (D) is attached.

  2. Attach Rear Support Tube: Attach Rear Support Tube (D) to Rear Base Frame (A&B) by using 4 Bolts (13), 4 Washers (14) and 4 Lock Nuts (15). Unfold the Base Frames (A&B) and let it stand on the floor. Attach 4 Base Frame End Caps (L) to bottom of the Base Frames (A&B). NOTE: Tighten all bolts and nuts at this time.

  3. Attach Handlebars: Attach the Handlebars (E) to the Rear Base Frames (A&B) using 4 Bolts (17), 4 Washers (14), and 4 Lock Nuts (15). Insert the Safety Pin (22) through the hole on the right side between the 2 frames (B) to lock the Base Frame open. See detailed picture.

  4. Install Backrest Support Frame: Make sure the Connecting Brackets are pointed downward when assembling into the Backrest Support Frame (F) or the Inversion Table Rotation will not work properly! Secure with 4 Bolts (21), 4 Washers (14), and 4 Lock Nuts (15).

  5. Assemble Adjustable Leg Hold Tube: Pull out Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H) and position horizontally as shown. (This will have spring pre-assembled inside Tube from factory which should not be removed). Install Foot Rest Plate (I) into Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H) using 2 Bolts (18) and 2 Washers (14) and Lock Nut (15). Insert Rear Leg Foam Roller Tube (J) through Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H); Insert Bolt (18), Metal Bushing (19) and tighten them with a Flat Washer (14) and a Lock Nut (15); then slide Leg Foam Rollers (N) over Rear Leg Foam Roller Tube (J) and install Round End Caps (O) in place as shown. Insert Front U Shape Holder Tube (K) through Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H) and secure with Bolt (20) Washer (14). Slide the U Shape Holder (R) onto each end of the Front U Shape Holder Tube (K), then Screw the Plastic Caps (P) to Front U Shape Holder Tube (K). Make sure T Knob is properly connected to Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H) and functions properly.

  6. Adjust Height: While pulling the Height Adjustment Knob (M), slide the Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H) into the Backrest Support Frame (F) to your desired height number and release the Height Adjustment Knob (M). NOTE: Make sure the Height Adjustment Knob (M) locks securely into a hole on the Adjustable Leg Hold Tube (H).

4. Operating Instructions

The YOLEO Inversion Table is designed for ease of use, allowing you to shift your body weight with simple arm movements for easy return to the upright position. Always ensure all safety mechanisms are engaged before and during inversion.

  • Adjust the Multi Angle position adjustable rear cross bar for easy inversion angle adjustment. This eliminates the typical strap system.
  • The ergonomic design of the memory foam backrest fully fits your waist curve, releasing pressure and improving posture.
  • To invert, slowly lean back, allowing your body weight to gently tilt the table. Use the handlebars for control.
  • To return to the upright position, slowly shift your body weight forward and use the handlebars to assist.

5. Maintenance

  • Regularly inspect all bolts, nuts, and moving parts to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly.
