Product Overview

The UKing 60W Stage Bar Light combines two RGBW LED Par lights and two RGBW Derby beam lights on a single bar, mounted on an adjustable tripod stand. This integrated design provides a comprehensive lighting solution.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Assemble Stand: Extend the legs of the tripod stand to a stable position.
  3. Attach Light Bar: Mount the light bar onto the 35mm stand adapter on top of the tripod stand. Secure it firmly using the locking mechanism.
  4. Adjust Height: Adjust the height of the stand to your desired level (between 146cm and 180cm) and lock it in place.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the power input on the rear panel of the light bar, then connect it to a suitable grounded power outlet.
  6. Optional DMX Connection: If using DMX control, connect DMX cables from your DMX controller to the DMX IN port, and from DMX OUT to other DMX devices if chaining.

Operating Modes

The UKing 60W Stage Bar Light supports four primary operating modes, which can be selected via the remote control or the unit's control panel.

  • Auto Mode: The light unit runs through pre-programmed light shows automatically.
  • Sound-Activated Mode: The lights react to the beat of music or sound detected by the built-in microphone.
  • Remote Control Mode: Control various functions and modes using the included IR remote control.
  • DMX Mode (3/6/15 Channels): For professional control, connect to a DMX controller to precisely manage colors, patterns, and movement.

Remote Control Functions

The included remote control provides convenient access to various functions and modes. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the IR receiver on the light bar.

  • ON/OFF: Powers the unit on or off.
  • DMX: Activates DMX control mode.
  • AUTO MIX: Mix Auto Mode.
  • SOUND MIX: Mix Sound Mode.
  • PAR JUMP: LED Par Jump Mode.
  • PAR: LED Par Auto Mode.
  • GRADUAL: LED Par Color Fade.

  • FASH: LED Par Strobe Mode.
  • COLOR +/-: Adjusts color settings.
  • MOTOR +/-: Adjusts motor speed (for Derby effects).

DMX Control

The UKing 60W Stage Bar Light can be controlled via DMX512 protocol, offering precise control over its functions. It supports 3, 6, or 15 DMX channels, depending on the selected mode on the unit's display.

Connect your DMX controller to the DMX IN port using a standard 3-pin XLR cable. If chaining multiple units, connect from the DMX OUT of the first unit to the DMX IN of the next. Refer to the DMX channel chart (not provided in this manual, typically found in a separate DMX protocol sheet) for specific channel assignments and values.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the lenses and housing with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located on the rear panel. Replace with a fuse of the same type and rating (F3A 250V).
  • Storage: Store the unit in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.
