Setup

1. Air Supply Connection:
   • Ensure your air compressor is capable of providing the required air pressure (90 PSI minimum) and average air consumption (5 cfm).
   • Apply sealant tape to the threads of the air inlet fitting to prevent air leakage.
   • Connect the air inlet fitting to the tool's air inlet.
   • Attach your air hose (3/8" recommended) to the air inlet fitting.

2. Lubrication:
   • Before each use, add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet. This lubricates the internal components and extends tool life.
3. Socket Attachment:
   • Select the appropriate 1/2 inch drive impact socket for your application.
   • Push the socket firmly onto the square drive until it locks into place.

1. Direction and Torque Adjustment:
   • The Forward/Reverse Exchange Knob controls both the direction of rotation and the power output.
   • Forward (Tightening): The tool has 3 forward power settings:
     • Forward 1: Approximately 200 ft-lb (271 N·m)
     • Forward 2: Approximately 1000 ft-lb (1357 N·m)
     • Forward 3: Approximately 1500 ft-lb (2035 N·m)
     Select the appropriate setting based on the required tightening torque. Avoid over-tightening fasteners.
   • Reverse (Loosening): The tool has 1 reverse setting, providing maximum loosening torque of 1560 ft-lb (2116 N·m).
2. Operation:
   • Ensure the socket is securely seated on the fastener.
   • Press the trigger to activate the tool. The tool will begin to impact once resistance is met.
   • Release the trigger to stop the tool.
3. Applications:

   This impact wrench is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as:

   • Automobile repair, including lug nuts and suspension components.
   • Industrial assembly and disassembly.
   • Any task requiring high torque for fastening or loosening stubborn bolts.

Maintenance
