1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe operation and maintenance of your morlyrctooy IDEA 33 GPS Drone. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the drone to ensure proper function and to prevent damage or injury. The IDEA 33 is a foldable 4K GPS drone designed for both beginners and experienced pilots, featuring advanced positioning, a brushless motor, and intelligent flight modes.

2. Safety Guidelines

WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the drone, property, or serious injury.

• Always ensure batteries are new or fully charged before flight.
• Do not touch the aircraft in flight.
• Do not fly in areas with obstacles, people, or parks.
• Only fly when the drone is fully charged.
• Adult supervision is always recommended for users under 14 years of age.
• Do not fly in winds above level 3.

4. Setup

4.1 Unfolding the Drone

Carefully unfold the drone arms until they click into place. Ensure all propellers are free from obstruction.

4.2 Battery Installation & Charging

Insert a charged modular battery into the designated slot on the drone. Connect the charging cable to the battery and a USB power source to charge. It is recommended to fully charge batteries before first use to extend their lifespan.

4.3 Controller Setup

The remote control requires batteries (not specified in input, assume standard AA/AAA). Extend the phone holder on the remote control to securely mount your smartphone.

4.4 App Installation

Download the official control app for the IDEA 33 drone from your smartphone's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store, as indicated on the box). Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network for FPV transmission and advanced controls.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Flight Controls

Use the joysticks on the remote control to maneuver the drone. The left joystick typically controls altitude and rotation, while the right joystick controls forward, backward, and sideways movement. Refer to the user manual for detailed control mapping.

5.2 GPS-Assisted Flight

The IDEA 33 drone is equipped with an advanced GPS positioning system for stable and reliable flight, especially outdoors.

• Auto Return Home: The drone will intelligently return to its take-off point in case of low battery, signal loss, or by pressing the one-touch return button.
• Follow Me Mode: The drone will intelligently follow your movement, capturing aerial footage as you go.
• Waypoint Flight: Set specific points on the map within the app, and the drone will automatically fly along the defined route.
• Point-of-Interest Mode: The drone can rotate 360 degrees around a selected point, providing dynamic circular footage.

5.3 Camera Operation

The IDEA 33 features a 4K camera (3840 x 2160 resolution) with a 120° wide angle and a remote motorized adjustable camera angle. It also includes dual cameras for versatile viewing options.

5.4 One-Key Take Off/Landing & Headless Mode

Simplify your flight experience with one-touch take-off and landing. Headless mode eliminates the need to adjust the drone's position before flight, making it easier for beginners to control.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Brushless Motor

The IDEA 33 is equipped with durable brushless motors, lab-tested for 100,000 hours, requiring no maintenance. This ensures a quieter and more powerful flight experience.

6.2 Propeller Replacement

In case of damage, use the provided spare propellers and screwdriver to replace them. Ensure propellers are installed correctly according to the markings (A/B) on the drone arms and propellers.

6.3 Battery Care

Always fully charge the modular batteries before each flight. Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid overcharging or completely draining the batteries to prolong their lifespan.

If you encounter issues with your IDEA 33 drone, consider the following common solutions:

• Drone not responding: Ensure both drone and remote control are powered on and properly paired. Check battery levels.
