2. Setup and Installation

- Seat Tire Bead: Starting opposite the valve stem, begin to work the second tire bead back onto the rim using your hands. For the last section, you may need to use tire levers, being careful not to pinch the inner tube.
- Inflate Tire: Slowly inflate the tire to the recommended pressure (usually found on the sidewall of the outer tire). As you inflate, check that the tire beads are seating evenly on both sides of the rim. A popping sound indicates the bead is seating. If necessary, deflate slightly, apply soapy water to the bead, and re-inflate.
- Check for Leaks: Once inflated, listen for any hissing sounds indicating a leak. You can also apply soapy water around the valve stem and tire beads to check for bubbles.
