Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chair is wobbly or unstable | Loose screws or improper assembly. | Check all assembly screws and tighten them securely. Ensure the gas lift is fully seated in the base and mechanism. |
| Seat height does not adjust | Gas lift cylinder malfunction or lever issue. | Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged. If the gas lift is faulty, contact customer support for a replacement. |
| Chair does not rock or recline | Recline lock engaged or tilt tension too tight. | Pull the recline lock lever outwards to enable rocking. Loosen the tilt tension knob by rotating it counter-clockwise. |
| Casters (wheels) are not rolling smoothly | Debris caught in casters or worn-out wheels. | Remove any hair or debris from the caster wheels. If wheels are worn, replacements are readily available and can be installed by pulling out the old ones and pushing in new ones. |
| Massage/Heating function not working | Power connection issue or remote control battery. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the chair and a working power outlet. Check the remote control for battery issues. |
