Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the Smart Drying and Disinfection Stand on a stable, flat surface in your kitchen, away from direct heat or moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all cutting boards and knives with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the stand and plug it into a suitable power outlet.

Operating Instructions
Using the Cutting Boards
The set includes four color-coded cutting boards, each designed for specific food types to prevent cross-contamination:
- Red/Dark Blue (Meat): For raw meats. Features a textured surface for better grip.
- Light Blue (Fish): For raw fish. May have a non-slip surface design.
- Green (Vegetables): For vegetables and fruits.

Using the Knives
The four knives are also color-coded and sized to complement the cutting boards and handle different food types effectively. Use the appropriate knife for the task at hand.

Smart Drying and Disinfection Function
After washing your cutting boards and knives, place them back into their designated slots in the stand. The stand features an intelligent drying and disinfection system:
- Automatic Drying: The stand will automatically enter a timed drying mode to keep your boards and knives clean and dry.
- UV Disinfection: The stand utilizes UV light for disinfection, eliminating up to 99.9% of bacteria.
- Operation: Simply place the items in the stand and press the designated button (indicated by a circle icon on the stand) to activate the drying and disinfection cycle.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- Cutting Boards and Knives: These can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher for thorough cleaning. Ensure they are dry before placing them back into the stand for the disinfection cycle.
- Smart Drying and Disinfection Stand:
- Wipe the exterior of the stand with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the stand in water.
- The plug-in component (top grill where boards and knives are inserted) can be removed for cleaning. Wash it with water and dry thoroughly before reinserting.

Troubleshooting
