4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to assemble the playpen on a flat, stable surface.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and lay them out to identify each part.
2. Assemble the Frame: Connect the metal pipes using the provided connectors to form the base and side frames of the playpen. Ensure all connections are secure and click into place.
3. Attach Fabric Enclosure: Slide the Oxford fabric enclosure over the assembled frame. Ensure the mesh walls are facing outwards and the zippered doors are correctly positioned.
4. Secure Top Frame: Insert the remaining metal pipes into the top sleeves of the fabric enclosure and connect them to form the upper frame.
5. Install Corner Protection: Place the corner protection covers over the exposed corner joints of the frame to prevent injury.
6. Place Mat: Lay the thickened mat flat inside the playpen. Ensure it covers the entire base.
7. Attach Accessories: Hook the pull rings onto the top rail of the playpen. Attach the basketball hoop and soccer nets to their designated positions.
8. Final Check: Verify that all pipes are securely connected, the fabric is taut, and all safety features (zippers, corner covers) are correctly installed.

5. Operating Instructions

The Costzon Large Baby Playpen is designed for ease of use and child safety.

• Entry and Exit: Use the external zippered doors for child entry and exit. Ensure the zippers are fully closed and secured when the child is inside to prevent unsupervised access.
• Visibility: The 360-degree mesh walls allow for clear visibility of your child from all angles, promoting interaction and ensuring safety.
• Interactive Play: Encourage your child to use the pull rings for standing and balance. The basketball hoop and soccer nets, along with the ocean balls, provide engaging play opportunities.
• Portability: For storage or transport, disassemble the playpen by reversing the assembly steps. Store all components in the provided carrying bag.

• Cleaning Fabric: The Oxford cloth material can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.
• Cleaning Mat: The XPE mat can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure it is dry before use.
• Frame Care: Wipe metal pipes and connectors with a damp cloth as needed.
