5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Initial Charging

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Wearing the Massager

Place the massager on the desired body part (knee, elbow, or shoulder). Secure it with the adjustable straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit.

6.2 Power On/Off

Long-press the power button on the control panel for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.

6.3 Adjusting Heat Function

Press the heat button (flame icon) to activate the heating function. Press repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available heat settings (Low, Medium, High). The digital display will show the current temperature.

6.4 Adjusting Vibration Function

Press the vibration button (wave icon) to activate the vibration function. Press repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available vibration intensities (Low, Medium, High).

6.5 Combined Use

Both the heat and vibration functions can be used independently or simultaneously for a customized experience.

6.6 Anti-Mistouch Lock

The control panel features an anti-mistouch lock. Press the lock button to prevent accidental changes to settings during use.
