6. Key Features and Settings
The REIZIX HD130 Dash Cam offers several advanced features to enhance your driving experience and vehicle security.
6.1. Loop Recording
This feature ensures continuous recording by overwriting the oldest video files when the Micro SD card is full. This prevents the need for manual deletion and ensures you never miss a moment of your drive.

Figure 7: Loop recording ensures continuous video capture by overwriting older files.
6.2. G-Sensor (Gravity Sensor)
The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions. When an event is detected, the dash cam will automatically save and lock the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten. This footage serves as crucial evidence in case of an accident.

Figure 8: The G-sensor detects impacts and automatically locks important video footage.
6.3. Parking Monitor & Motion Detection
These functions provide surveillance for your parked vehicle. When motion is detected or an impact occurs (via G-sensor), the dash cam will automatically turn on and record a short video clip (e.g., 30 seconds), preserving evidence even when you are away from your vehicle.
- Note: It is recommended to turn off motion detection and parking monitoring functions while driving to prevent unnecessary file locking and memory card filling.

Figure 9: Parking Monitor feature activates recording when an impact or motion is detected around the parked vehicle.
6.4. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range)
WDR technology balances exposure to provide clear video footage in both bright and dark areas, significantly improving visibility in low-light conditions or when transitioning between different lighting environments (e.g., entering/exiting tunnels).

Figure 10: WDR technology enhances video clarity in challenging lighting conditions.
7. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your dash cam.
- Regular Formatting: Format your Micro SD card monthly to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth loop recording. This can be done directly through the dash cam's settings menu.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the lens and screen. Avoid abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.
- Temperature: Operate the dash cam within the recommended temperature range (-40F to 1400F / -200C to 600C). Extreme temperatures can affect performance and battery life.
- Battery: The built-in 200mAh battery is for emergency recording and saving settings only. Keep the dash cam plugged in for continuous operation.
