4. Setup and Installation

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

  • Top Knob: Temperature control (30°C to 220°C).
  • Middle Knob: Function selector (e.g., hot air, steam, defrost).

5.2 Hot Air Convection Cooking

  1. Place food on the provided rack or baking tray.
  2. Insert the rack/tray into the desired level within the oven cavity.
  3. Close the oven door securely.
  4. Turn the Temperature Knob to the desired cooking temperature (30°C to 220°C).
  5. Select the hot air function using the Function Knob.
  6. Set the cooking time using the Timer Knob. The oven will begin heating.
  7. Once the timer expires, the oven will turn off. Carefully open the door and remove the cooked food using oven mitts.

5.3 Steaming Function

  1. Ensure the water tank is filled with distilled or filtered water up to the MAX line.
  2. Place food suitable for steaming into the oven.
  3. Close the oven door.
  4. Select the steam function using the Function Knob.
  5. Set the desired steaming time using the Timer Knob.
  6. The oven will generate steam. Be extremely careful when opening the door after steaming, as hot steam will escape.

5.4 Defrosting Function

  1. Place frozen food into the oven.
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Select the defrost function using the Function Knob.
  4. Set the defrosting time using the Timer Knob. Defrosting times vary based on food type and quantity.
  5. Monitor the food during defrosting to ensure even thawing.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
