1. Important Safety Information
Before operating the PIONEERWORKS 10-inch Portable Table Saw, it is crucial to read and understand all safety warnings and instructions provided in this manual. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury. Keep this manual for future reference.
General Safety Rules
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and a dust mask.
- Ensure the work area is clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
- Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power, picking up, or carrying the tool.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
- Use clamps or other practical ways to secure and support the workpiece to a stable platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable and may lead to loss of control.
- Never bypass safety devices. Always ensure the blade guard and other safety features are correctly installed and functioning.
- Use a push stick when making narrow cuts or when your hands are close to the blade.
- Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your table saw.
- Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the saw from power and clean off sawdust and debris from the table, blade guard, and motor housing. Use a brush or compressed air.
- Blade Inspection: Regularly inspect the saw blade for sharpness, damage, or missing teeth. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
- Moving Parts: Periodically check all moving parts for proper function and lubrication. Refer to the maintenance section of the full manual for specific lubrication points.
