Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
  2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.

  5. Attach Armrests to Seat: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially.
  6. Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat cushion assembly. Secure with screws. Once all parts are aligned, tighten all armrest and backrest screws.
  7. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

  • Lumbar Support: The chair features a lumbar support panel with a 2-inch vertical adjustment range to accommodate different user heights and provide targeted back support.
  • Tilt Function: The chair includes a tilt lock function. Pull the lever (usually the same as the height adjustment lever, or a separate one) outwards to enable tilt, and push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
  • 360° Rotation: The chair seat can rotate 360 degrees for ease of movement and access.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish or fabric.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
  • Casters: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Chair Sinks or Does Not Hold Height:

This usually indicates an issue with the gas lift cylinder. Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged. If the problem persists, the gas lift may need replacement. Contact customer support.

  • Chair Wobbles:

Check that all assembly screws, especially those connecting the mechanism plate to the seat and the backrest to the seat, are securely tightened. Also, ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the base.

  • Footrest Ring Slides Down:

Ensure the adjustment knob or lever on the footrest ring is tightened firmly after setting the desired height. If it continues to slide, inspect the clamping mechanism for wear or damage.

  • Casters Not Rolling Smoothly:

Remove any hair, dust, or debris that may be caught in the caster wheels. If they are still stiff, they may need lubrication or replacement.
