Setup and Installation

The Solvita LED Billiard Light is designed for straightforward installation. Please follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

• Drill
• Screwdriver
• Wire Strippers
• Measuring Tape
• Pencil
• Ladder

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the power to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker. Determine the precise location for the light fixture above your billiard table. Note that the electrical connection point should ideally be within 12 inches of a corner of the table for optimal placement of the perimeter light.
2. Install the Mounting Bracket: Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling. Use appropriate hardware for your ceiling type.

3. Connect the Suspension Wires: Attach the suspension wires to the mounting bracket and the light fixture. Adjust the length of the wires to achieve the desired height for the light above the table.
4. Assemble Light Sections: Connect the individual light sections to form the perimeter shape. Ensure a secure and seamless connection between each segment.

5. Electrical Connection: Connect the light fixture's wiring to your household electrical supply according to local electrical codes. Ensure all connections are secure.
6. Adjust Light Angle: Once installed, the light bars can be rotated 360° to direct the light as desired.

Operating Instructions

The Solvita LED Billiard Light offers several adjustable features to enhance your experience.

• Adjusting Height: The suspension wires allow for height adjustment. Loosen the locking mechanism on the ceiling mounts, adjust the wire length, and then secure the mechanism.
• Rotating Light Angle: Each light bar can be manually rotated 360 degrees to direct illumination precisely onto the playing surface or other areas of the room.

• Dimming Function: The light is dimmable. Use a compatible dimmer switch (not included) or the associated app control (if applicable) to adjust the brightness.

Troubleshooting

• Light Not Turning On:
  • Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is supplied to the fixture.
  • Verify all electrical connections are secure.
  • Ensure the dimmer switch (if installed) is set to an appropriate level.
• Flickering Light:
  • While the light is designed to be non-flickering, ensure it is connected to a compatible dimmer if one is used. Incompatible dimmers can cause flickering.
  • Check for loose wiring connections.
• Uneven Illumination:
  • Adjust the 360° rotatable light angles of each bar to optimize light distribution.
