5. Setup and Installation
Careful wiring is essential for the correct and safe operation of the controller. Refer to the wiring diagram below and follow the instructions.

- Motor Line Connection: Connect the three thick wires (typically green, blue, yellow) from the controller to the corresponding motor phase wires. These are labeled as "Motor line" in Figure 5.1.
- Throttle Connection: Connect the three-wire throttle to the designated throttle input on the controller. This controller only supports three-wire throttles.
- Brake Connections:
- High Brake (NO.6): Connect the high brake signal wire.
- Low Brake (NO.6): Connect the low brake signal wire.
- Hall Sensor Connection (NO.3 Hall): Connect the Hall sensor wires from the motor to the controller.
- Instrument Line (NO.7 Instrument line / NO.12 LCD Instrument line): Connect the instrument panel or display unit. Note that this controller does not support professional and complex LCD equipment expansion.
- Alarm Power (NO.10 Alarm power) & Alarm Wire (NO.10 Alarm wire): Connect the alarm system if applicable.
- Cruise (NO.8 Cruise): Connect the cruise function wire. Note that this controller has no fixed speed cruise function.
- Study Wire (NO.4 Study wire): This wire is typically used for initial motor learning/pairing. Consult your motor's manual for specific instructions.
- Transfer Line (NO.5 Transfer line): Connect as per your specific setup requirements.
- Three Speed (NO.9 Three speed): Connect for multi-speed functionality if your system supports it.
Important: Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched to avoid damage to the controller or motor. If unsure, consult a qualified technician.
6. Operating Instructions
Once the controller is correctly installed and wired, the system is ready for operation.
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch of your E-Bike or Scooter. The controller will initialize.
- Throttle Control: Use the three-wire throttle to control the motor speed. The controller provides sensitive and steady speed control.
- Braking: Engage the brakes as usual. The controller will respond to the high or low brake signals to cut power to the motor.
- Speed Modes: If connected, utilize the three-speed function (NO.9) to switch between available speed settings.
Note: This controller does not support a fixed speed cruise function. Manual throttle control is required for speed regulation.

- Motor Not Responding:

- Verify that the motor phase wires and Hall sensor wires are correctly connected.
- Ensure the throttle is a three-wire type and is properly connected.
