1. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

3. Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean the frying basket and crisper tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of free space on the back and sides, and 4 inches (10 cm) above the appliance.
  4. Preheating (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

4. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
  3. Place the food ingredients into the basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  4. Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer.
  5. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  6. Manual Setting: Use the temperature and time control buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
  7. Preset Functions: Select one of the 8 preset cooking functions by pressing the Menu button repeatedly until the desired icon is highlighted.
  8. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  9. During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or flip food. The air fryer will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
  10. Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep. Carefully remove the basket and empty the cooked food.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Basket and Tray: The frying basket and crisper tray are non-stick. Clean them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Interior: Wipe the inside of the appliance with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.
  4. Exterior: Clean the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the heating element.
  6. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.

Note: This appliance is not dishwasher compatible.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Air fryer does not work. The appliance is not plugged in. Plug the main plug into a grounded wall socket.
The timer has not been set. Set the timer to the required preparation time.
Food is not cooked evenly. Some types of food need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking process.
White smoke comes from the appliance. You are preparing greasy ingredients. This is normal. Ensure the basket and tray are clean before use.
Fresh fries are not crispy. The amount of oil used is too little. Add a little more oil to the fries before air frying.
