Setup and Assembly

2. Assemble Sofas and Coffee Table: Follow the specific instructions for attaching the frame pieces and securing them with the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are firm but do not overtighten screws.
3. Assemble Fire Pit Table: Follow the instructions for assembling the fire pit base and installing the burner unit. Connect the gas hose as directed.
4. Place Cushions: Once the furniture frames are assembled, place the seat and back cushions onto the sofas.
5. Positioning: Arrange the modular sofa pieces, coffee table, and fire pit table in your desired configuration.

Operating Instructions (Fire Pit Table)

The fire pit table is designed for outdoor use only. Ensure proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.

1. Propane Tank Connection: Open the door on the fire pit table to access the propane tank compartment. Place a standard 20 lbs propane tank (not included) inside and secure it with the fixing ring. Connect the gas hose from the fire pit to the propane tank valve, ensuring a tight seal.
2. Lava Rock Placement: Distribute the provided lava rocks evenly over the burner area. Do not cover the igniter or burner holes.
3. Ignition: Turn the control knob to the 'OFF' position. Slowly open the propane tank valve. Push and hold the ignition button while simultaneously turning the control knob to the 'LOW' position. Hold for 15-20 seconds until the flame ignites. If the flame does not ignite, release the button, turn the knob to 'OFF', wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
4. Adjusting Flame: Once ignited, rotate the control knob to adjust the flame height between 'LOW' and 'HIGH'.
5. Shutting Off: Turn the control knob to the 'OFF' position. Close the valve on the propane tank.
6. Covering: After the fire pit has completely cooled, place the PVC cover over it to protect it from the elements. The fire pit can also be used as a coffee table by placing the included lid over the burner area.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your patio furniture set.

• Cushions: The cushion covers are removable and washable. Zip open the covers, remove the foam inserts, and machine wash the covers in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry only. Do not bleach or iron.
• Rattan and Frame: Wipe the PE rattan and steel frame with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Fire Pit: Ensure the fire pit is cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Use the PVC cover when the fire pit is not in use to protect it from weather.
• Storage: During prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather, it is recommended to store cushions indoors and cover the furniture set with a protective cover.
