Compatibility

The Acvoce universal garage door keypad is designed for compatibility with a wide range of garage door openers from brands such as Chamberlain, Liftmaster, Genie, Linear, Overhead Door, Stanley, Multicode, Sears Craftsman, Legacy, BlueMAX, Python, Raynor, and Access Master. It supports various learn button colors (Purple, Yellow, Green, Red, Orange) and dip switch configurations.

Important: Please refer to the detailed compatibility guide below to ensure your garage door opener is supported. Compatibility depends on the year of manufacture, brand, and the color of the learn button or dip switch type. This keypad is NOT COMPATIBLE with Sears Craftsman Series 100, 200.57933, or Overhead Door 456, 551, 556, 1000A, and Overhead Door openers with dip switches.

Setup and Installation

1. Battery Installation

The keypad requires a 9V battery (included). To install or replace the battery, slide the keypad cover upwards to reveal the battery compartment at the bottom. Connect the 9V battery to the terminals and place it securely in the compartment. Ensure the battery is properly seated before closing the cover.

2. Mounting the Keypad

The keypad can be easily mounted to a wall or door frame. Open the keypad cover to expose the mounting holes. Use the provided screws to secure the keypad to your desired location. Ensure it is mounted at a convenient height for all users.

3. Programming Instructions

Follow these steps to program your Acvoce keypad to your garage door opener. The exact steps may vary slightly depending on your opener's learn button color. Ensure the garage door is closed before programming.

Programming for Yellow Learn Button

  1. Press and hold the * and # buttons on the keypad simultaneously until the lights on the keypad stop blinking and remain steadily lit.
  2. Enter your preferred four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), then press #.
  3. For a Yellow Learn Button opener, press ENTER once, then press 0.
  4. Press and release the Yellow Learn button on your garage door opener. The Learn LED will light up. You have 30 seconds to complete the next step.
  5. Enter the four-digit PIN you chose in Step 2, then press and release the ENTER button until the garage door opener light flashes or you hear two clicks.
  6. Test the keypad by entering your PIN and pressing ENTER. The garage door should activate.
