The DEBAOBULB Rechargeable Emergency Light Bulbs are designed to provide reliable illumination during power outages, outdoor activities, and everyday use. These energy-efficient LED bulbs function like regular light bulbs, automatically recharging when connected to mains power. They offer multiple brightness levels and can be activated in various emergency scenarios, ensuring you always have light when you need it most.

Setup

Your DEBAOBULB emergency light bulbs are designed for easy setup and immediate use. They are compatible with standard E26/E27 sockets.

Initial Charging

For initial charging, screw the bulb into any standard E26/E27 light fixture. Ensure the fixture is connected to a 120V power source. The bulb will automatically begin charging. A full charge typically takes 7-8 hours of normal use.

Attaching the Hook

For portable use, screw the provided hook attachment onto the bulb's base. This allows you to hang the bulb in various locations, such as tents, closets, or during outdoor activities.

Operating Instructions

Normal Operation (Mains Power)

When screwed into a powered E26/E27 socket, the bulb functions as a regular 9W LED bulb, providing 800 lumens of 6000K daylight white light. It will automatically recharge its internal battery during this time.

Emergency Operation (Battery Powered)

In the event of a power outage, the bulb will automatically switch to battery power. It offers three levels of brightness:

• Maximum Brightness (2.5W, 450LM): Lasts 2-3 hours.
• Medium Brightness (1.5W, 220LM): Lasts 3-4 hours.
• Minimum Brightness (1W, 110LM): Lasts 4-6 hours.

To cycle through brightness levels when using the hook attachment, press the button on the top of the hook. Each press will change the brightness level.

Alternative Activation Methods

The bulb can also be activated without a socket or hook:

• Hand Touch: Place your finger on both the base and the threaded part of the bulb simultaneously to complete the circuit and light it up.
• Wet Cloth: Use a damp cloth to bridge the connection between the base and the threaded part of the bulb.
• Plug Cap: Connect the bulb to the provided plug cap. This simulates a power outage and allows the bulb to light up using its internal battery. You can then use the switch on the plug cap to turn the bulb on/off and cycle through brightness levels.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DEBAOBULB emergency light bulbs, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Regular Charging: Keep the bulbs screwed into a powered fixture for daily use to ensure they remain charged and ready for emergencies. They can hold their charge for up to 60 days when not in use.
• Storage: If storing bulbs for extended periods, ensure they are fully charged. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the bulbs with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the bulbs in water, as they are not waterproof.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your DEBAOBULB emergency light bulbs, consider the following:

• Bulb Not Lighting Up: Ensure the bulb is fully charged. If using the hook or plug cap, ensure the button is pressed correctly or the connection is secure. If in a lamp, verify the lamp is powered and the bulb is screwed in properly.
• Reduced Brightness/Short Duration: This may indicate a low battery. Allow the bulb to charge for 7-8 hours in a powered fixture.
• Inconsistent Operation: Ensure the bulb's contacts are clean and free from debris.
