5. Setup

  1. Power Connection: Connect a DC 5-24V power supply to the "DC 5-24V" input terminals. Ensure correct polarity.
  2. Speaker Connection: Connect your passive speakers to the "AUDIO OUTPUT" terminals. Ensure correct positive (+) and negative (-) connections for each channel (Left and Right).
  3. Audio Input: Choose your desired audio input method:
    • AUX In: Connect an audio source (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) using a 3.5mm audio cable to the "AUX IN" jack.
    • USB Audio: Connect a computer or other USB audio source to the "USB AUDIO" port using a USB cable.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: The board powers on automatically when connected to a power supply. Disconnect power to turn off.
  2. Volume Control: Rotate the central knob clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.
  3. Input Selection: The board may automatically detect the active input. If not, short press the rotary encoder to cycle through available inputs (AUX, USB Audio).
  4. Play/Pause (USB Audio): When using USB Audio, a short press of the rotary encoder may function as play/pause.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the amplifier board clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the board.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.

  • No Sound:
