Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Tent is leaking
  • Improper Rainfly Setup: Ensure the rainfly is correctly positioned and fully extended over the tent, with all attachment points secured.
  • Damaged Seams: Inspect seams for tears or worn-out seam tape. Apply seam sealer if necessary.
  • Ground Moisture: Ensure the tent is set up on a high, dry spot. The tub-like floor helps, but excessive standing water can still cause issues.
Difficulty setting up poles
  • Poles Not Fully Extended: Ensure all sections of the pre-attached poles are fully extended and locked.
  • Incorrect Pole Orientation: Refer to the color-coded corners for proper pole and tent body alignment.
  • Obstructions: Check for any fabric or debris preventing poles from sliding smoothly into sleeves or pockets.
LED lights not working
  • Batteries: Check if batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Replace with fresh AA batteries.
  • Connection: Ensure the battery pack is securely connected to the LED light strip.
  • Damage: Inspect the light strip for any visible damage or breaks.
