This user manual provides detailed instructions for the iHome Bluetooth Speaker with Color Changing Lights, Model iBT64. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your speaker to ensure proper operation and to maximize your listening experience.

Controls and Indicators:

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn the speaker on or off.
• Volume Buttons (+/-): Press to adjust volume.
• Light Mode Button: Cycle through 3 adjustable color changing light modes.
• Micro SD Card Slot: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 32GB, .mp3 files only) for direct music playback.
• Charging Port: Connect the USB charging cable here.

Setup

Charging the Speaker:

1. Locate the USB charging port on your iHome speaker.
2. Connect the included USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a powered USB port (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
5. A full charge provides up to 18 hours of playback.

Powering On/Off:

• To turn on: Press and hold the Power button until the speaker indicates it's powered on (e.g., an audible prompt or indicator light).
• To turn off: Press and hold the Power button again until the speaker indicates it's powered off.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing:

The iHome Bluetooth Speaker can stream audio wirelessly from compatible devices up to 100 feet away.

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (it may automatically enter this mode upon first power-on or if no device is connected). An audible prompt "Bluetooth Mode" will confirm.
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices. The speaker will appear as "iHome iBT64" or similar.
4. Select the speaker from the list to pair. Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation tone or voice prompt.
5. You can now play audio from your device through the iHome speaker.

Color Changing Lights:

The speaker features integrated color-changing lights with three adjustable modes.

• Press the Light Mode button to cycle through the available light patterns.
• The modes include options for a fun, energetic, or soothing ambiance.

Micro SD Card Playback:

You can play music directly from a Micro SD card.

1. Insert a Micro SD card (up to 32GB, containing .mp3 files) into the Micro SD card slot on the speaker.
2. The speaker should automatically switch to Micro SD card mode and begin playing music.
3. Use the speaker's controls to navigate tracks or adjust volume.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in constant use.
• Water Resistance: This speaker is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or excessive moisture.
