Safety Information
Observe all safety warnings and precautions to prevent injury or product damage. This electronic bidet seat is designed for household use. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. Always disconnect power before performing maintenance or cleaning.
- Ensure the electrical outlet is a 120V GFCI outlet.
- Do not immerse the unit in water or spray water directly onto electrical components.
- Keep children and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities away from the unit unless supervised.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the unit.

- 120V GFCI Electrical Outlet (required for operation)
- Screwdriver

Setup and Installation
Toilet Compatibility
The TOTO WASHLET+ S7A is designed to fit most standard elongated toilets. It is also compatible with TOTO WASHLET+ T20/T40 toilets for a concealed connection and streamlined appearance.

Installation Steps
Follow these steps for proper installation:

- Remove Existing Toilet Seat: Use a screwdriver to remove the bolts securing your current toilet seat.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Position the mounting bracket over the toilet seat holes and secure it with the provided hardware. Adjust the bracket position as needed for optimal seat alignment.
- Attach WASHLET Seat: Slide the WASHLET seat onto the installed mounting bracket until it clicks into place.
- Connect Water Supply and Power: Turn off the water supply to the toilet. Disconnect the existing water supply line from the toilet tank. Install the provided tee connector to the toilet tank's fill valve. Connect the WASHLET's water supply hose to the tee connector. Reconnect the main water supply line. Plug the WASHLET into a 120V GFCI outlet. Turn the water supply back on and check for leaks.
Optional Accessories
For toilets with difficult-to-reach fill valves, such as some skirted models, optional accessories may be required.

- 2 Inch Extender (9AU321-A): May be needed for certain skirted toilets to access the fill valve.
- 6 Inch Hose (THU9090R): An extended hose might be necessary for specific plumbing setups.

Your TOTO WASHLET+ S7A offers a range of features for enhanced personal hygiene and comfort. All functions are controlled via the wireless remote control.

- The wand automatically cleans itself with EWATER+ before and after each use.
- The wand is protected by a door when not in use, preventing debris accumulation.
Seat Cleaning and Removal

- To clean the seat and toilet area thoroughly, press the quick release button located on the side of the unit to easily remove the WASHLET seat.
- Clean the seat and toilet surfaces with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth.
- Do not use harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners, or brushes that could scratch the surface.
- Ensure the unit is completely dry before reattaching and restoring power.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your WASHLET+ S7A, refer to the following common solutions. For persistent problems, contact TOTO customer support.
- No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a 120V GFCI outlet. Verify the GFCI outlet has not tripped.
- No Water Spray: Ensure the water supply valve to the toilet is fully open. Check if the water supply hose is properly connected and not kinked.
- Weak Water Pressure: Adjust the water pressure setting on the remote control. Ensure the water supply valve is fully open.
- Lid Not Opening/Closing Automatically: Check for obstructions around the sensor. Ensure the auto open/close feature is enabled in the settings.
- Remote Control Not Responding: Replace the remote control batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the WASHLET unit.
