4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the EROMMY 14'x20' Gazebo typically requires 2-4 people and takes approximately 5 hours. It is highly recommended to assemble the gazebo on a level surface, such as a concrete pad or a sturdy wood deck, for optimal stability and longevity. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in your physical assembly manual for detailed guidance.
4.1 Key Structural Features
- Wood Grain Aluminum Frame: The frame features a wood-looking powder coating, providing the aesthetic of natural wood with the durability and strength of aluminum. This material resists decay, cracking, and rust.
- Galvanized Steel Double Roof: The roof is constructed from galvanized steel, offering fade-resistant, rust-resistant, and robust protection against heavy snow and wind. The double-top design promotes ventilation, cooling, and helps to slow down wind speed.
- Water Gutter Design: A professional drainage system is integrated into the roof, directing water from the edges into the poles and to the ground. This design enhances snow load capacity and minimizes issues during rainy or snowy seasons.
- Triangular Structure: The frame incorporates a triangular structure for enhanced stability, making the gazebo more solid and capable of withstanding various adverse weather conditions.

5.1 Curtains, Nettings & Hooks
The gazebo features a dual-track system for its curtains and nettings, allowing you to slide each layer with ease. This system provides flexibility to enclose the space for privacy or insect protection, or to open it up for an unobstructed view. 6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your EROMMY Gazebo.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the frame and roof with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Fabric Care: The curtains and nettings can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. For deeper cleaning, follow the care instructions on the fabric tags. Ensure they are completely dry before storing or closing for extended periods to prevent mildew.
- Structural Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain structural integrity.
- Winter Care: While the galvanized steel roof is designed to withstand heavy snow, it is advisable to clear excessive snow accumulation to prevent potential damage. Consider removing curtains and nettings during harsh winter conditions to prolong their lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter during assembly or use.
- Holes Not Aligning During Assembly: If you experience difficulty aligning screw holes, ensure the structure is perfectly square. Minor adjustments to the frame's position can often resolve alignment issues. Refer to the assembly manual's diagrams to confirm correct orientation of parts.
- Difficulty with Screws: Ensure screws are threaded properly before driving them in. Do not overtighten, as this can strip threads or cause brass inserts to spin. If a screw is cross-threaded or an insert spins, carefully back out the screw and re-attempt.
- Roof Leaks: If the roof appears to leak, re-check the installation of all roof panels and ensure all seals and connections are properly seated and tightened according to the assembly instructions. A properly assembled roof should be watertight.
- Missing or Damaged Parts: In the event of missing or damaged components upon delivery, please contact EROMMY customer support with your product information and details of the issue.
