Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cuff inflation is painful. | Cuff applied too tightly or incorrect arm position. | Ensure the cuff is applied correctly and not overly tight. Relax your arm and body during measurement. The Comfort Air Technology should prevent excessive pressure. |
| Bluetooth data transfer fails. | Bluetooth not enabled, app not open, or pairing issue. | Ensure Bluetooth is active on both the monitor and your smartphone. Keep the Veroval® medi.connect App open during transfer. Re-pair the device if necessary. |
| Inconsistent or inaccurate readings. | Movement during measurement, improper cuff placement, or external factors (stress, caffeine). | Remain still and silent during measurement. Verify correct cuff placement using the cuff fit control. Ensure you are relaxed and have followed pre-measurement guidelines. If issues persist, consult a healthcare professional. |
| Device does not turn on. | Dead or incorrectly inserted batteries. | Check battery polarity. Replace all four AA batteries with new ones. |
