Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for initial setup and assembly of the Afgbf Pack and Play.

1. Unfolding the Playard

1. Remove the playard from the carry bag.
2. Keep the crib upright.
3. Pull up the two short sides until they lock into place.
4. Pull up the two long sides until they lock into place.
5. Press down firmly in the middle of the base to complete the assembly.

2. Attaching the Storage Tray

1. Assemble the hooks onto the storage tray.
2. Hook the storage tray onto any armrest of the playard.
3. Ensure it is securely attached for storing diapers, bottles, and other essentials.

3. Assembling the Music Box with Plush Toys

1. Connect the mobile arm pieces.
2. Attach the plush toys (elephant, lion, giraffe) to the hanging points on the mobile.
3. Attach the music box to the mobile arm.
4. Secure the assembled mobile to the playard frame.

Operating Modes

The Afgbf 5-in-1 Pack and Play offers versatile configurations to suit your baby's developmental stages.

1. Baby Bassinet / Bedside Sleeper

For newborns and infants, the bassinet insert provides a comfortable and elevated sleeping surface. The playard can be positioned next to your bed, and the side can be adjusted for easy access to your baby. The bassinet has 4 adjustable height settings to match various bed heights.

2. Baby Rock Cradle

Convert the playard into a rock cradle by adjusting the bottom bracket. This feature provides a gentle rocking motion to soothe your baby.

3. Diaper Changing Table

The U-shaped diaper changer can be easily attached to the top of the playard, providing a convenient and secure station for diaper changes. It features skin-friendly fabric that is easy to wipe clean.

4. Activity Center / Baby Crib

As your baby grows, the bassinet insert can be removed to convert the unit into a spacious activity center or a full-sized baby crib. The mesh sides provide excellent air permeability and allow parents to observe the child. A zippered side opening allows toddlers to crawl in and out independently.

Portability and Folding

The Afgbf Pack and Play is designed for easy portability, making it ideal for travel or moving between rooms.

1. Folding the Playard

1. Remove all accessories (bassinet, changer, music box, storage tray).
2. Pull the red strap in the center of the playard floor upwards.
3. Unlock the side rails by pressing the buttons on the top of each rail.
4. Bring the sides together to fold the playard into a compact unit.
5. Secure with the provided straps and place it in the carry bag.

2. Lockable Wheels

The playard is equipped with two lockable wheels for easy movement between rooms. Engage the wheel locks when the playard is in its desired position to ensure stability.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: The Oxford cloth material is odorless and can be hand washed. Wipe down plastic and metal parts with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Storage: When not in use, store the folded playard in its carry bag in a dry, cool place.
• Inspection: Regularly check all parts for wear, damage, or loose fasteners. Discontinue use if any part is compromised.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Playard sides do not lock into place during assembly.

Solution: Ensure the center of the playard floor is not pushed down before locking the side rails. The side rails must be pulled up and locked first, then the center pushed down. If the armrest bends when pressed down, it is not locked correctly. Lift the armrest slightly and pull up again until it clicks into place.

Problem: Side of the bedside sleeper does not lower as expected.

Solution: The bedside sleeper feature allows for adjustable height, but the side rail itself does not fully lower to mattress level. It is designed to provide close proximity while maintaining a secure barrier. Refer to the product specifications for exact height adjustments.
