4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the device.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert a new 9V battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Securely close the battery compartment cover to maintain the IP68 waterproof seal.

4.2. Physical Installation

The WOOBEE SOLEM programmer is designed for outdoor use and can be installed in a valve box or other suitable location. Ensure the device is placed where it can receive a stable Bluetooth signal from your control device.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your WOOBEE SOLEM programmer. The device should appear as "WOOBEE SOLEM" or similar.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon on the programmer's screen will indicate a successful connection.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Navigating the Display

• Scheduled Programs: Access the "PROG" section in the app to create and modify automatic watering schedules.
• On/Off Control: Use the "ON/OFF" function to enable or disable all programmed irrigation.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Replacement
