This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new device. Setup

1. Charging the Dispenser

The dispenser is equipped with a USB-C charging port. Before first use, fully charge the device. A full charge can provide continuous use for up to 60 days, though actual duration may vary based on frequency of use.

The USB-C charging port is located on the side of the dispenser.

2. Filling with Soap

The dispenser has a 13.5 oz (400 ml) capacity. It supports both foaming soap and ordinary liquid soap.

• For Foaming Soap: Pour foaming soap directly into the transparent container.
• For Ordinary Liquid Soap (e.g., hand soap, dish soap, body wash): Dilute the liquid soap with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4 (1 part soap to 3-4 parts water). Stir the mixture gently to ensure it is well combined before filling the container.

3. Installation (Optional Wall Mount)

The dispenser comes with two wall-mounted panels for optional installation. No drilling is required. This allows you to free up counter space.

The dispenser can be easily mounted on a wall using the provided panels.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

To power on the dispenser, press and hold the power button located on the top panel until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

The top panel features the power button and indicators for foam level and battery status.

2. Automatic Dispensing

The dispenser features a high-sensitivity infrared sensor. Simply place your hand under the spout, and foam will be dispensed automatically within 0.25 seconds.

Place your hand under the sensor for automatic foam dispensing.

3. Adjusting Foam Output Level

The dispenser offers 4 levels of foam output. To adjust the level, briefly press the power button after turning the device on. Each press will cycle through the available levels, indicated by the lights on the top panel. Select the level that best suits your needs.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Dispenser

The dispenser has a cleaning mode to help prevent clogs. If a clog occurs, use the included cleaning tool to clear the spout.

Utilize the provided cleaning tool to maintain the dispenser's spout.

To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. The dispenser is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes, but ensure the sensor and charging port remain dry to prevent damage.

2. Refilling Soap

The semi-circular transparent container allows you to easily monitor the soap level. When the soap level is low, refill following the instructions in the "Filling with Soap" section. The enlarged bottle opening facilitates easy refilling.

Troubleshooting

• No Foam Dispensed:
  • Check if the dispenser is powered on.
  • Ensure there is sufficient soap in the container.
  • If using liquid soap, verify the correct dilution ratio (1:3 to 1:4). Undiluted or overly thick soap may not foam properly.
  • Check for clogs in the spout. Use the cleaning tool if necessary.
  • Ensure your hand is placed correctly under the sensor.
• Weak or Inconsistent Foam:
  • Adjust the foam output level using the power button.
  • Re-check soap dilution. Too much water can result in weak foam.
  • Clean the spout to ensure no partial blockages.
• Dispenser Not Responding / Power Issues:
  • Recharge the battery using the USB-C cable.
  • Ensure the charging port and sensor are dry.
  • Try turning the dispenser off and on again.
