1. Introduction

2. What's in the Box

Please check that all components are present:

  • Pikachu Main Unit (1)

Note: Batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

The Pikachu toy requires 2 AAA alkaline batteries (sold separately).

  1. Locate the battery cover on the back of the main unit.
  2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, turn the screw to open the battery cover.
  3. Insert 2 new AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are oriented correctly as indicated inside the battery compartment.
  4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw securely.

3.2 Power On/Off

After installing the batteries, locate the power switch on the back of the main unit. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to activate the toy.

4. Operating Instructions

The Pokemon Parade! Pikachu toy offers two main modes of interaction: walking and reacting.

4.1 Walking Mode

To activate Pikachu's walking mode, simply clap your hands. Pikachu will begin to march forward with an energetic voice, playing a rhythm or singing. You can observe various marching patterns from Pikachu.

4.2 Reaction Mode

After Pikachu has walked, you can interact with it further. Call out to Pikachu, and it will respond with various cute reactions, such as talking, lighting up its cheeks, or waving its hands. Continue to call out to Pikachu for repeated reactions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the Pikachu toy, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or immerse the toy in water, as this may damage the electronic components.

5.2 Battery Care

If the toy will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the toy.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Pikachu Does Not Respond

  • Ensure the power switch on the back of the unit is in the 'ON' position.
  • Check if the batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Replace with new alkaline batteries if necessary.
  • If Pikachu is not reacting to clapping, try clapping faster or closer to the toy.

6.2 Sleep Mode

If the toy does not receive any interaction for approximately 10 minutes, it will enter sleep mode to conserve battery life. To reactivate the toy, turn the power switch OFF and then ON again.
