1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of your Wispeed T650 Electric Scooter. 2. Safety Information

  • Age Range: This scooter is designed for children aged 8 to 14 years.
  • Weight Limit: The maximum load capacity is 55 kg. Do not exceed this limit.
  • Speed Limit: The maximum speed is limited to 12 km/h for optimal safety.
  • Protective Gear: Always wear a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and appropriate footwear when riding.
  • Supervision: Young riders should always be supervised by an adult.
  • Riding Conditions: Ride on smooth, dry surfaces away from traffic. Avoid riding in wet conditions, on uneven terrain, or at night.
  • Water Resistance: The scooter has an IPx4 rating, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. It is not waterproof; avoid submerging it or riding in heavy rain.
  • Braking: Utilize the rear foot brake for controlled stopping.
  • Pre-Ride Check: Before each ride, ensure all components are securely fastened and the scooter is in good working order.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Wispeed T650 scooter comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

  1. Unfold the Scooter: Carefully remove the scooter from its packaging. Unfold the handlebar stem until it locks securely into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
  2. Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable level for the rider and secure it firmly.
  3. Initial Charge: Before the first ride, fully charge the scooter's battery. Connect the charger to the charging port on the scooter and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change (e.g., from red to green) when charging is complete.

5. Operating Instructions

The Wispeed T650 features a pressure-point start system for enhanced safety.

  1. Starting the Scooter:
    • Place one foot firmly on the front pressure sensor on the scooter deck.
    • Use your other foot to push off the ground, giving the scooter an initial impulse.
    • Once the scooter is moving, place your second foot on the rear pressure sensor. The motor will engage, and the scooter will accelerate up to its maximum speed of 12 km/h.
  2. Riding: Maintain balance and keep both feet on the deck. Steer by gently leaning and turning the handlebars.
  3. Braking: To slow down or stop, apply pressure to the rear foot brake located above the rear wheel. This will gradually reduce speed.
  4. Bell: Use the integrated bell to alert pedestrians or other riders of your presence.
  5. Turning Off: The scooter will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity or when both feet are removed from the pressure sensors.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth after use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid direct water jets.
  • Battery Care:
    • Charge the battery fully before first use.
    • Recharge the battery after each ride, or at least once a month if not in use, to maintain battery health.
    • Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
    • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Wheel Inspection: The T650 features solid 6.5-inch wheels, which are puncture-proof. Regularly check them for wear or damage.
  • Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight.
  • Reflectors: Ensure the three reflectors on each side are clean and visible.

7. Troubleshooting
