Getting Started
Initial Use and Charging
Before first use, please remove the protective film from the charging contacts on the earbuds. Place both earbuds into the charging case to ensure they charge properly.
Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB cable. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 8 hours for the earbuds and case combined.
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the button on each earbud for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

First-time Pairing
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "T12" from the list of found devices to connect.
- Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.
Auto-Pairing
After the initial successful pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to your last paired device when you open the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (up to 10 meters).
Single & Dual Earbud Mode

The T12 earbuds can be used independently or together. Simply take one earbud out of the case for single mode, or both for stereo sound. They will automatically switch between modes.
