4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure all components listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present. Keep packaging materials for future transport if needed.

4.2 Placement

Place the refrigerator on a firm, level surface. Use the adjustable feet to ensure stability and proper leveling. Allow adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation (at least 10 cm on sides and back). Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

4.3 Power Connection

Connect the refrigerator to a dedicated 240 Volt power outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.

4.4 Reversible Door Installation

5. Operation

5.1 Initial Startup

After plugging in the refrigerator, set the temperature control dial to a medium setting (e.g., '3' or '4'). Allow the unit to cool for several hours before placing food inside.

5.2 Temperature Control

The internal temperature of the refrigerator can be manually adjusted using the temperature control dial located inside the unit. The dial typically ranges from 'OFF' to '6' (or similar), with '1' being the warmest setting and '6' being the coldest. Adjust the dial according to your cooling needs and ambient temperature.

The chiller box is designed for quick cooling of beverages or for storing small frozen items. For optimal performance, ensure the chiller box door is closed properly. Note that this is a small compartment and not a full freezer.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Always unplug the refrigerator before cleaning. Clean the interior and exterior surfaces regularly with a mild detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2 Defrosting

This refrigerator features a manual defrost system. Frost will accumulate on the inner walls of the chiller box. When the frost layer becomes about 5mm thick, defrost the unit.

2. Remove all food items and place them in another cooler.
3. Leave the door open to allow frost to melt naturally. You can place a towel at the bottom to absorb water.
4. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before plugging it back in and returning food.
