2. Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the motorcycle or stand.
- Ensure the stand is placed on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface.
- Verify the motorcycle's weight does not exceed the stand's maximum load capacity of 850 lbs (390 kg).
- Always secure the motorcycle properly on the stand before performing any maintenance.
- Do not attempt to move the motorcycle while it is on the stand unless the stand is designed for mobility and the path is clear.
- Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts during lifting and lowering operations.
- If using U-forks, ensure your motorcycle has swingarm spools installed.
- For safer operation, it is recommended to prop up the rear wheel first and then the front wheel if using both stands.
3. Parts List
Before assembly, ensure all components are present:
- 1 x Main Rear Stand Frame
- 1 x Pair of U-shaped Fork Heads (for spools)
- 1 x Pair of L-shaped Fork Heads (for swingarms)

4. Setup and Assembly
The VEVOR Motorcycle Rear Wheel Stand is designed for quick and straightforward assembly. Follow these steps:
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Attach the PP casters to the designated points on the main stand frame if not pre-installed. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Select the appropriate fork heads (U-shaped for spools or L-shaped for swingarms) based on your motorcycle's setup.
- Insert the chosen fork heads into the adjustable arms of the stand and secure them with the provided fasteners. Ensure the fasteners provide strengthening fixation.
- Adjust the width of the stand to match your motorcycle's swingarm or spool width. The U-shaped fork head supports widths from 8.9-13.8 inches (225-350 mm), and the L-shaped fork head supports widths from 9.1-13 inches (230-330 mm).

5. Operating Instructions
Using the VEVOR Motorcycle Rear Wheel Stand is designed to be quick and effortless:

- Ensure the motorcycle is stable and upright, preferably with assistance or using its side stand if applicable.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your VEVOR Motorcycle Rear Wheel Stand:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the stand with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt, grease, and debris.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all fasteners, welds, and casters for any signs of wear, damage, or looseness. Tighten any loose bolts immediately.
- Lubrication: Apply a light lubricant to the caster axles and any pivot points to ensure smooth operation.
- Storage: Store the stand in a dry, clean environment to prevent rust and corrosion. Its compact design allows for convenient storage.
Long-term holding of your motorcycle on the stand will not compress the tires or cause flat spots and air leaks, making it ideal for extended storage.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your VEVOR Motorcycle Rear Wheel Stand, consider the following:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Stand feels unstable after lifting motorcycle. | Uneven surface; incorrect fork head adjustment; motorcycle not centered. | Ensure stand is on a flat surface. Re-adjust fork heads to proper width. Re-position motorcycle to be centered on the stand. |
| Difficulty lifting the motorcycle. | Fork heads not properly aligned with swingarm/spools; excessive motorcycle weight; casters obstructed. | Verify correct alignment of fork heads. Ensure motorcycle weight is within capacity. Check casters for obstructions and clean if necessary. |
| Casters not rolling smoothly. | Dirt/debris in casters; lack of lubrication. | Clean casters thoroughly. Apply a light lubricant to the caster axles. |
