This manual provides essential information for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your FilterTech CP-TN100 Replacement Filters for the Cookoo Tankless Nano Filtration Water Purifier.

These filters are designed to ensure clean, purified water by effectively removing impurities and enhancing water quality.

• 1st filter (Sediment Filter): Removes fine impurities of 10 microns including rust, soil, sand, and dust. The carbon block absorbs and removes residual chlorine and various organic compounds. Recommended replacement: 3-6 months.
• 2nd filter (Pre-Carbon Filter): Removes organic compounds and odors using activated carbon adsorption. Recommended replacement: 6-9 months.
• 3rd filter (Nano Micro Filter): A 0.1-0.4 micron filter that removes impurities while allowing natural minerals to pass through. Recommended replacement: 12-16 months.

Important Pre-Use Flushing Procedure:

Caution: Before drinking the water from newly installed filters, it is crucial to flush the system thoroughly to ensure that all air is discharged and to remove any carbon powder (charcoal powder) from the filter manufacturing process.

1. After installing each new filter, allow water to flow through it for approximately 2 minutes (or about 4 liters).
2. Repeat this flushing process for each individual filter installed.
3. This initial flushing ensures optimal performance and water quality.

Use the provided plastic spanner for easier removal and installation of filter housings, and latex gloves for hygienic handling.

Operating Instructions

Once the filters are properly installed and flushed, the Cookoo Tankless Nano Filtration Water Purifier will operate as usual, providing purified water. The filters work automatically as water passes through the system.

Ensure the water purifier is connected to a stable water supply and power source for continuous operation.

Maintenance and Filter Replacement

Regular filter replacement is essential to maintain the performance and water quality of your Cookoo Tankless Nano Filtration Water Purifier.

Recommended Replacement Schedule:

• 1st Sediment Filter: Every 3-6 months
• 2nd Pre-Carbon Filter: Every 6-9 months
• 3rd Nano Micro Filter: Every 12-16 months

To replace filters, follow the installation steps in reverse, then perform the flushing procedure for each new filter.

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Cloudy or milky water after filter replacement: This is typically due to air trapped in the filter or carbon powder. Perform the flushing procedure (allow water to flow for 2 minutes per filter) until water runs clear.
• Reduced water flow: Ensure filters are correctly seated and connections are secure. If flow remains low, filters may be clogged prematurely due to extremely poor water quality, requiring earlier replacement.
• Unusual taste or odor: Ensure the flushing procedure was completed thoroughly. If taste/odor persists, re-flush or consider replacing the affected filter.
