Setup Instructions

1. Install Batteries:
   • For the keyboard, insert one (1) AA battery into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
   • For the mouse, insert two (2) AAA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.

   Note: Batteries are not included with the product.

2. Connect USB Receiver:

   Locate the wireless USB receiver, typically stored in the mouse's battery compartment. Plug this receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The system will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers (Plug & Play functionality).

3. Power On:

   Ensure the keyboard and mouse are switched on (if they have an on/off switch). The devices should connect automatically to the USB receiver.
4. System Compatibility:

   The combo is compatible with Windows 95/98/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, MAC OS, and other operating systems.

Operating Instructions

Keyboard Usage

• The keyboard features a standard 104-key layout for comprehensive input.
• Utilize the retractable stands on the underside of the keyboard to adjust the typing angle for improved ergonomics.

Mouse Usage

• The mouse is equipped with 4 keys and 3 buttons for enhanced control.
• It operates at a 1600 DPI resolution, providing precise cursor movement.
• The wireless connection offers a range of approximately 10 meters (33 feet) for flexible use.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the keyboard and mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the device.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when performance degrades or the low battery indicator (if present) illuminates. Always use fresh batteries of the specified type (AA for keyboard, AAA for mouse).
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries to prevent leakage and store the devices in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

• No Response from Keyboard/Mouse:
  • Check if batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • Verify that the keyboard and mouse are switched on.
  • Move the devices closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues.
• Lagging or Intermittent Connection:
  • Replace batteries.
  • Ensure there are no large metallic objects or other wireless devices interfering with the signal between the devices and the receiver.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a front USB port or using a USB extension cable to bring it closer to the devices.
• Mouse Cursor Jumps or is Inaccurate:
  • Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
  • Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective surface. A mouse pad is recommended.
