Important Safety Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully before operating the device and retain them for future reference. Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the product.

• Water and Moisture: Do not use this product near water, e.g., near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool.
• Ventilation: Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for ventilation to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered.
• Heat: The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
• Power Sources: Operate this product only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your product dealer or local power company.
• Cleaning: Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning.
• Lightning: For added protection during a lightning storm, or when it is left unattended and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet.
• Servicing: Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

Product Overview

The Supersonic IQ Sound IQ-5708DJBT is an 8-inch portable Bluetooth speaker designed for versatile audio playback. It features a high-efficiency woofer, True Wireless Stereo (TWS) functionality, and multiple input options including USB, SD, AUX, and a microphone input. An integrated FM radio and a rechargeable battery enhance its portability and utility.

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the speaker's internal lithium battery. Connect the provided DC 5V charging cable to the speaker's DC 5V input port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the rear control panel of the speaker. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the speaker. Slide it to the "OFF" position to power off the speaker.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Mode

1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3. Search for "IQ-5708DJBT" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and the LED light will stop flashing. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Function:

To use TWS, you need two IQ-5708DJBT speakers. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode. On one speaker, press and hold the "TWS" button. The speaker will search for another IQ-5708DJBT speaker. Once connected, they will play audio in stereo. Then, connect your mobile device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described above.

2. USB/SD Card Playback

Insert a USB flash drive or SD card (up to 32GB, formatted to FAT32) into the respective port on the control panel. The speaker will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing audio files (MP3, WAV, etc.) from the storage device. Use the "MODE" button to switch between input sources if needed. Use the playback control buttons (Play/Pause, Next/Previous) to manage your music.

3. AUX Input

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the "AUX IN" port on the speaker using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included). Press the "MODE" button until "AUX" mode is selected. Audio from your connected device will now play through the speaker.

4. FM Radio

Press the "MODE" button to switch to FM radio mode. To auto-scan and save available stations, press and hold the "Play/Pause" button. The speaker will scan and store stations automatically. Use the "Next/Previous" buttons to navigate between saved stations.

5. Microphone Usage

Connect the included wired microphone to the "MIC IN" port on the rear panel. Adjust the "MIC VOL" knob to control the microphone's volume. Use the "ECHO" knob to add an echo effect to your voice.

6. LED Light Control

Press the "LIGHT" button on the control panel to cycle through different LED light modes or to turn the lights off.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish. Ensure no liquid enters the speaker's openings.

Battery Care:

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in use, especially if storing it for extended periods. Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
