1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your LAVIEVERT Jigsaw Puzzle Table. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and longevity of the product.

2. Safety Guidelines

WARNING:

This product is not suitable for children. It contains small parts that could be a choking hazard. Always supervise children around the product.

• Ensure all components are securely fastened before use.
• Do not overload the table or storage shelf.
• Lock casters when the table is in a desired position to prevent accidental movement.
• Keep hands clear of moving parts during height and angle adjustments.

3. Product Components

Before assembly, verify that all the following components are present:

• Main Tabletop with adjustable mechanism
• Table Legs (2)
• Bottom Storage Shelf
• Universal Casters (4, 2 lockable)
• Double-Sided Puzzle Board
• Protective Cover
• Assembly Hardware (screws, wrench, etc.)

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required. The legs need to be attached to the main tabletop and the bottom storage shelf. Please follow the included hardware instructions carefully.

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
2. Attach the table legs to the main tabletop using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install the bottom storage shelf between the legs, securing it with the appropriate hardware.
4. Attach the four universal casters to the bottom of the table legs. Ensure the two lockable casters are positioned for easy access.
5. Place the double-sided puzzle board onto the tabletop.

5. Operating Your Puzzle Table

5.1. Angle and Height Adjustment

The puzzle table offers both angle and height adjustments for ergonomic comfort.

• Angle Adjustment: The tabletop has 5 angle adjustments, with a maximum tilt of 30 degrees. To adjust, lift the tabletop slightly and engage the desired notch in the adjustment mechanism.
• Height Adjustment: The table height can be adjusted between 33.5 inches (85 cm) and 43.3 inches (110 cm) to suit various seating or standing preferences. Utilize the height adjustment mechanism located beneath the tabletop to set your preferred height.

5.2. Using the Double-Sided Puzzle Board

The puzzle table includes a removable double-sided polyester-covered board with edges. This board can accommodate puzzle games of up to 1500 pieces.

• Side Selection: Choose the side that best suits your puzzle's theme or color. One side is gray with auxiliary lines to assist with puzzle placement, while the other is a plain khaki flannellette.
• Portability: The board features handles on both sides, making it easy to move finished puzzles for gluing or framing.

5.3. Protective Cover

A black PP cover is included to protect your unfinished puzzles.

• Place the cover over your puzzle when not in use to secure it against dust, moisture, and pets. This helps prevent missing pieces.

5.4. Mobility and Stability (Casters)

The table is equipped with four universal casters for easy movement. Two of these casters are lockable.

• Moving the Table: Unlock the casters to move the table smoothly to your desired location.
• Securing the Table: Once positioned, lock the two lockable casters to immobilize the table, ensuring stability and security during use.

5.5. Storage Shelf

The bottom shelf provides additional storage space.

• Use this shelf to store puzzle boxes, sorting trays, or other puzzle accessories, keeping your workspace organized.

6. Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the table surfaces with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, ensure the protective cover is in place to keep the puzzle board clean and free from dust.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.

7. Troubleshooting

• Table Wobbles: Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. Check that the casters are locked when the table is stationary.
• Difficulty Adjusting Height/Angle: Verify that the adjustment mechanisms are clear of obstructions. Apply gentle, even pressure when adjusting.
• Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for debris in the caster wheels. Clean if necessary. Ensure casters are unlocked for movement.
