Setup
- Unpack the System: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Charge the Device: For first-time use, connect the power adapter to the unit and a power outlet. Ensure the device is fully charged before operation.
- Connect the Keyboard: The keyboard connects via a USB port on the main unit. Choose either USB port 1 or 2.
- Insert TF Card: Ensure the 16GB TF card is properly inserted into the designated slot. The system will display a successful read-out without a red warning if correctly inserted.
- Connect Camera Cable: Securely connect the camera cable from the reel to the main monitor unit.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button on the main unit to power the system on or off. The Anysun logo will appear on the screen during startup.
Video Recording and Image Capture
- To start recording video, press the 'REC/-' button. A red recording indicator will appear on the screen.
- To stop recording, press the 'REC/-' button again.
- To capture a still image, press the 'PHOTO' button during live view or recording.
- All recordings and images are saved to the inserted TF card.
Keyboard Text Input
Use the integrated USB keyboard to input text directly onto the screen during inspections. This allows for marking events, adding notes, or recording client information directly into your video footage.
512Hz Sonde Transmitter and Distance Counter
The camera head features a built-in 512Hz sonde transmitter. When used with a compatible 512Hz locator (not included), this allows for precise location of the camera head underground, helping to pinpoint blockages or damage. The integrated distance counter displays the cable length deployed, switchable between feet and meters, providing real-time depth information.
Self-Leveling Camera Head
The 23mm camera head is equipped with a self-leveling feature, ensuring that the image displayed on the monitor remains upright at all times, regardless of the camera's rotation within the pipe. This provides clear orientation and simplifies inspection.
Adjustable LED Illumination
The IP68 waterproof camera head integrates 12 adjustable LEDs. Use the dedicated buttons on the control panel to adjust the brightness of these LEDs, optimizing illumination for various pipe conditions and ensuring clear visibility.
Maintenance
- Camera Head Cleaning: After each inspection, especially in corrosive environments, clean the camera head with fresh water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- Cable Reel: The cable reel is designed for easy cleaning. Keep it free from dirt and debris to ensure smooth operation.
- Storage: Store the system in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Recharge the battery regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged and the power button is pressed firmly. Check power connections.
- No Image on Screen: Verify the camera cable is securely connected to the monitor unit. Check for any damage to the cable or camera head.
- SD Card Error: Reinsert the TF card. If the error persists, try a different compatible TF card. Ensure the card is not full or corrupted.
