Safety Information

Always prioritize safety during assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
  • Assemble the gazebo on a flat, stable surface.
  • Always secure the gazebo to the ground using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes, especially in windy conditions.
  • Do not use the gazebo in extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, strong winds, or snow. Disassemble and store the gazebo to prevent damage.
  • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
  • Do not hang heavy objects from the frame.
  • Keep open flames and heat sources away from the fabric.

Before assembly, verify that all the following components are included in your package:

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly of your pop-up gazebo. It is recommended that two people perform the assembly.

Step 1: Unpack and Extend the Frame

Remove the folding frame from the carry bag. With a person at each end, gently pull the frame outwards to begin extending it. Do not force the frame.

Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top

Before fully extending the frame, place the canopy top fabric over the partially extended frame. Ensure the corners of the canopy align with the corners of the frame. Secure the canopy to the frame using the integrated velcro straps or ties.

Step 3: Fully Extend and Lock the Frame

Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is fully extended. Push up on the central hub of the frame until it locks into place. Ensure all four legs are fully extended and locked. Adjust the height of the legs by pressing the release buttons and sliding the inner leg sections to the desired height, then ensure they lock securely.

Step 4: Attach the Sidewalls

The gazebo includes four removable sidewalls: two with large windows and two with zippered doors. Attach the sidewalls to the frame using the velcro straps located along the top and sides of each panel. The sidewalls can be attached in any configuration to suit your needs, allowing for fully enclosed, half-open, or fully open setups.

Step 5: Secure the Gazebo

For stability, especially outdoors, secure the gazebo using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Insert the ground stakes through the footplates of each leg and into the ground. Attach the guy ropes to the corners of the canopy and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle, ensuring tension for maximum stability.

Operating Instructions

Your Outsunny Pop-up Folding Gazebo is designed for versatile use in various outdoor settings.

  • Ventilation and Light: The large windows on two of the sidewalls allow for ample light penetration when the gazebo is fully enclosed. For increased airflow, the zippered doors can be opened and tied back.
  • Water Drainage: The canopy features 8 drainage holes on the top to prevent water accumulation during light rain, ensuring the canopy remains taut and prevents sagging.
  • UV Protection: The 210D Oxford polyester fabric with silver coating provides effective protection against harmful UV rays, creating a shaded and comfortable space.
  • Versatile Configuration: The removable sidewalls offer flexibility. You can use all four for full enclosure, remove some for an open-air feel, or use none for a simple canopy.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your gazebo.

  • Cleaning: Clean the fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Frame Care: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Ensure the frame is dry before folding and storing to prevent rust.
  • Storage: When not in use, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in the provided carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of damage or wear. Check all connections and fabric for tears or fraying.
