4. Setup and Connection
4.1 Input Voltage Selection
Before connecting the power supply to an AC source, ensure the voltage selection switch is set to the correct input voltage for your region (110V or 220V). This switch is typically located on the side of the unit. Failure to select the correct voltage will result in damage to the power supply.

4.2 Wiring Instructions
Connect the power supply according to the following steps:
- AC Input: Connect the AC power cord to the input terminals labeled 'L' (Live), 'N' (Neutral), and '☂' (Ground). Ensure secure connections.
- DC Output: Connect your DC load to the output terminals. Use the 'V+' terminals for the positive connection and 'V-' terminals for the negative connection. Multiple V+ and V- terminals are provided for convenience and to distribute current.
- Grounding: Always connect the ground terminal to a reliable earth ground.

5. Operating Instructions
Once properly connected and the input voltage selected, turn on the power supply using the integrated switch. The unit will provide a stable 12V DC output, which is adjustable within a range of 11-13V. Ensure that the total current draw of your connected devices does not exceed 100A to maintain optimal performance and prevent triggering overload protection.
6. Maintenance
The MEISHILE power supply is designed for minimal maintenance. To ensure long-term reliability:
- Keep the unit clean and free from dust and debris, especially around the ventilation openings.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the unit to facilitate cooling. Do not block the fan or vents.
- Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and integrity.
- Avoid exposing the unit to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your power supply, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power Output: Check if the AC input cable is securely connected and the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify the input voltage selector switch is set correctly (110V/220V).
- Intermittent Power: Ensure all connections are secure. Check for any loose wires or damaged insulation.
- Overload Protection Triggered: If the power supply shuts down, it may be due to an overload. Disconnect some of the load and restart the unit. Ensure the total current draw does not exceed 100A.
- Overheating: Ensure the unit has sufficient ventilation and the cooling fan is not obstructed. Reduce the load if operating in a high ambient temperature.
- Incorrect Output Voltage: Verify the adjustable voltage knob (if present and accessible) is set to the desired 12V output.
If problems persist after performing these checks, please contact customer support.
