1. Introduction

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the grater. Connect the charging cable to the grater's charging port and plug it into a suitable power outlet. An indicator light (if present) will show charging status.
  3. Clean Components: Wash all removable parts (grating drums, food pusher) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before assembly. The main unit should only be wiped clean (see Maintenance section).
  4. Insert Grating Drum: Select the desired grating drum (fine, medium, or flake). Align the drum with the opening on the main grater unit and insert it firmly until it clicks into place.
  5. Assemble Food Pusher: Ensure the food pusher is ready for use by placing it near the grater's feeding chute.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Food: Cut food items (e.g., cheese, nuts) into pieces that fit comfortably into the grater's feeding chute.
  2. Position Grater: Hold the grater firmly over a bowl or plate to collect the grated food.
  3. Start Grating: Place the food item into the feeding chute. Press and hold the power button (if applicable) or activate the grating mechanism.
  4. Use Food Pusher: Gently press the food pusher down to guide the food towards the rotating grating drum. Do not apply excessive force.
  5. Continue Grating: Continue until all food is grated or the desired amount is achieved.
  6. Stop Grating: Release the power button or deactivate the mechanism.
  7. Empty: Carefully remove the grated food from the collection area.

Safety Precautions:

  • Keep fingers and utensils away from the grating drum during operation.
  • Always use the food pusher to guide food. Never use your hands.
  • Do not attempt to grate frozen or extremely hard food items as this may damage the motor or grating drums.
  • Ensure the grater is fully assembled before use.
  • Do not immerse the main grater unit in water or any other liquid.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grater.

  1. Power Off: Always ensure the grater is turned off and disconnected from any charging source before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble: Remove the grating drum and food pusher from the main unit.
  3. Clean Removable Parts: Wash the grating drums and food pusher with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any stubborn food residue from the grating surfaces. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Dry Removable Parts: Dry all removable parts completely before reassembling or storing.
  5. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main grater unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or place it under running water.
  6. Storage: Store the grater and its accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

IMPORTANT: This product is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
